All hotels are located within a reasonable distance from the Design Center Linz. Mondial Corporate Travel & Events has been appointed as the official hotel accommodation agent for The Networking Conference (TNC17) and will handle all related arrangements. They will assist you to find a suitable hotel for your stay and handle your reservation. A number of hotels of various categories are available for participants of TNC17. Mondial Corporate Travel & Events will process all reservation requests by April 10, 2017. Additional rooms can be booked upon request and availability.

We would like to make you aware of a situation that has been brought to our attention. Some parties have been contacting attendees of upcoming events to assist with hotel reservations or offer discounted conference tickets. Please note that only Mondial, as the official hotel accommodation agent, is authorized to offer hotel reservation services for TNC17. Conference tickets are only sold via the webpage and not via third parties! In case you are contacted by any other companies / unknown vendors by phone or emails, we urge all attendees not to sign anything or enter into any conversation with them or reply to any emails.
How to make a hotel reservation?
Please find the booking button below – Online hotel reservations are only possible between May 28 and June 3, 2017.
Choose your preferred arrival and departure date and search for available hotels. If you wish to extend your reservation kindly contact tnc17@mondial.at
Reservations will be processed on a “first come, first-served” basis. Due to heavy demand and the fact that distribution of rooms in many hotels is limited, please book your accommodation as soon as possible.
All rates quoted are per room per night including breakfast and current applicable VAT.
A change in VAT rate may lead to a different room rate.
Extras are to be paid directly at the hotel reception before departure.
Double Room booking: If you are sharing a room with another delegate, please book only one hotel room and provide the name of the person with whom you will be sharing in the respective field in the booking details window. Group Bookings (10 or more hotel rooms):
Reservation confirmation
Please note that hotel bookings are binding and require full pre-payment. As soon as Mondial Corporate Travel & Events has received your payment, a letter of confirmation/ invoice will be emailed. It will confirm the name of your hotel, the paid pre-payment and the duration of your stay.
Payment Deadline
7 days upon receipt of booking confirmation. Mondial Corporate Travel & Events reserves the right to cancel your booking without any further notice if payment is not received in time.
