The conference registration fee includes:

1. access to all conference sessions
2. all conference materials (programme, stationery and related materials)

6. refreshment breaks

Participants at TNC17 enjoy an environment of respectful and encouraging behaviour, so that everyone feels welcome, comfortable and equal.

If you feel that you have been subjected to behaviour that is contrary to such an environment, or if you have any other concerns, please contact our conference organiser – Ms. Jessie Brockhoff or our CCSO- Mr. Klaas Wierenga. VAT

Austrian VAT is charged at 20%.

ONLINE REGISTRATION AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

 

Only desk registration (in Linz) is available, payment may be made by credit card (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard) or in cash.

If your company/institution requires an invoice in advance or an invoice for several participants, please contact us with details of the required invoice.

If you have questions or concerns about payments, please contact bookkeeper.amsterdam@geant.org to discuss your requirements.

 

Visa requirements

Those requiring supporting documentation in order to obtain a visa please contact
VISA INQUIRIES

Please send the following required information to receive an official invitation letter by the conference organisation:

• Your full name
• Date of birth
• Place of birth
• Country of citizenship (country which issued your passport)
• Passport number
• Date of issue of your passport
• Date of expiry of your passport
• Permanent address

Please be aware that a letter of invitation does not imply any financial support.

You will still be subject to the normal registration fee detailed above. Registration to the conference is necessary.

The payment and accommodation booking must be made prior to requesting an invitation letter.

Accommodation

Please consult the hotel section for further information about conference accommodation. The cost is not included in the registration fee.
