Guy Roberts

Guy Roberts joined DANTE (now GÉANT) in 2006 and is currently Senior Transport Network Architect in the office of the CTO. Guy is responsible for the introduction of new technology into the transport layers of the network. Through his role as research coordinator for the GN4 project he is helping foster network research in the community and is driving the integration this innovation into the next generation of network services. Guy is also co-chair of the Network Service Interface working group in the Open Grid Forum. Guy received his BEng degree from RMIT University in Australia and his PhD in photonics from the University of Cambridge in 2006.
