Bartosz Belter (male) received the M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the Poznan University of Technology in 2002. He works in Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Centre as a senior network engineer. Since 2015 he manages Department of Next Generation Networks in PSNC. He participated in several FP6/FP7/H2020 projects. He also participated in a number of national initiatives funded by Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Currently he coordinates two European projects: FP7 FELIX and H2020 COMPLETE. He was a member of the TERENA Networking Conference Programme Committee. His main research activities concern the architectural aspects of Control and Management Planes in optical networks and green energy in next generation networks. He is author or co-author of papers in professional journals and conference proceedings.
