Cyber-crisis exercises

How does your organization deal with crises? Do you know what to do when all hell breaks loose? Most of the time you will find this out if you have experienced a crisis with your organization. But what if you want to ensure that your organization knows what to do without having to experience a full blown crisis first? Answer: you exercise! In this lightning talk the ideas behind crisis exercises are presented and you will get a first glimpse of the way crisis management will be addressed in the GEANT communities this year.
