Sync and Share - how hard can it be?

I was attending a 3 days cloud conference with the main focus on file synchronisation and file sharing services. When I came home I got asked: "3 days on a conference about sync & share? All you have to do is sync a file and share it, it’s just two steps! How hard can it be?" Hard if you factor in the creativity of the users and how they organise their Files. In my talk you will learn, why sync and share is not as trivial as one may think - illustrated with real life examples from our support department. Let me share the joy of an ownCloud based product supporter from "All my data has changed!" to "Data loss!!1!11".
