Govroam in the UK: herding cats for fun and profit

eduroam is one of the flagship successes of networking in the education sphere. Treating it as a "15 year pilot" for govroam, a similar service for the wider public sector should have made securing buy-in from stakeholders easy. This presentation will outline some of the expected and unexpected difficulties encountered on the way to delivering govroam in the UK, and how they were overcome.
