Photonic Services enabled by CESNET2 optical network provide a wide range of use for various advanced applications. The infrastructure consists of optical networks, an experimental facility and photonic testbeds, these all are needed for any phase of Photonic Services deployment. Photonic Services act as an enabler for present and future demanding applications which are built on top of optical networks. These include for example transmission of precise time, ultra-stable optical frequency and sensing.
