This talk promotes an Actionable Intelligence based reporting model for vulnerability assessments as opposed to a Risk Value based reporting model. By combining individual vulnerability results from various assessment tools into report items based on remediation action, the value of a risk assessment report can be increased significantly by furnishing system owners with the proper recommendations for dealing with vulnerabilities in a network in a cost effective manner.
